Equity Consulting

Whether you are seeking individual or organizational equity consultations/facilitated discussions, I provide this service on a 1:1 basis or in group format, with groups up to 1000.  My specialized focus is engaging with other white people about why embedding an Equity, Diversity, Inclusivity and Decolonization lens in their life/workplaces is a win/win for everyone - from macro to micro.
